Phoenix Phantoms are a simulation tool for landmark IV placement that let clinicians practice the whole procedure, from first palpation to post-insertion care, before they ever reach the bedside.
The Phoenix Landmark PIVC Phantom is a durable training block for peripheral IV cannulation using landmark technique (sight and touch). Its tissue-like surface and embedded vessels give clinicians realistic tactile feedback, so they can build confidence and first-pass success before they reach a patient.
A pressurised fluid system shows flashback on every successful entry, and the self-healing surface allows thousands of repeat attempts. Set up and pack down take about a minute, with all accessories stored inside the unit.
